I have never seen any evidence that dogs are put in traps to deliberately cause trouble and injuries at the valley. It is virtually impossible to put every dog in its so called best trap and grade.........always has been and always will be. The grading at the valley is as competitive as any i have seen at any flapping track and thats the way it should be. It is very rare to see dogs starting at odds on and winning easily.......in fact it is very rare to see a dog start odds on. Personally i would rather see competitive racing than what we saw at the other two tracks[bedwellty and swansea] with dogs winning by a street with no prices being offered.

i agree if you have 6 inside dogs someone aint going to be happy when i put gypsy king in 2 sprints i asked for trap 4 he gets trap 1 then i put him in 4 bends did not ask for a trap he gets box 4 and wins but i rather pull my dogs out of a race if its boxed wrong so it dont get injured or cause trouble for other dogs but if you pull them out the dogs banned for a month

Dogs are very rarely injured because of the trap they are in. About 90% of dogs come out running straight it is very rare a dog turns right or left. When leaving the traps, they might try to go to the inside or outside if they do get clear of the rest but it is unusual for any dog to be injured up the straight.....most injuries are caused by dogs colliding at the first bend where most dogs tend to move towards the rail. The placing of dogs in the "wrong" trap is the only way that a grader has to make a fairly graded race when he has the bare minimum of dogs to make a card and i would not like to think he did it to cause injury to any dog.

iv got a winner and havent been out trapped and hes unbeaten past 7 races , i might have thought before when they put him in 3 i got out trapped as hes an outside dog and 6 was vacant but it didnt bother me as he still got out those traps and still won! they do try ther best up there to keep everyone happy but not all the time things can keep that way, but thats life not just racing!

Good old saying......You can't keep all the people happy all of the time. They get banned if they are pulled out because it ruins the racing night for everyone. If everyone had the same attitude and pulled thier dogs meetings would be cancelled. Nobody wants that.

So if you got 6 dogs in race only trap 1 has his right box so 5 dogs are pulled out I dont think so

When you raced at swansea were your dogs ALWAYS in their CORRECT traps and CORRECT race. If they were not did you refuse to run.
